MAROOCHYDORE HOMEMAKER – Mother’s Day Sign Up & Win Digital Competition

1. Customers may enter by completing the online form on Maroochydore Homemaker’s official ‘Sign Up & Win’ competition posts.
2. The competition commences on Friday 24 April 2026 and will close on Friday 8 May 2026 at 10.00am.
3. There is one (1) prize to give away.
4. The prize includes one (1) Dyson Airwrap Co-anda 2x Multi-styler and Dryer - Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold from Harvey Norman Maroochydore.
5. The total prize pool is valued at $999.
6. One (1) winner will be drawn and notified by telephone including instructions for prize collection from Harvey Norman Maroochydore.
7. The winner must be able to collect their prize from Harvey Norman Maroochydore within ten (10) days of the draw at a suitable time agreed upon
by both parties.
8. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter.
9. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Tenants of Maroochydore Homemaker
• Employees of tenants of Maroochydore Homemaker
• Contractors of Maroochydore Homemaker and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e. spouses and children.
10. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
11. The winner agrees to have their name used for advertising purposes.
12. The competition will be drawn by a representative of Centre Management, whose decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The competition is promoted by Maroochydore Homemaker, 11 – 55 Maroochy Boulevard, Maroochydore QLD 4558.
14. By entering the competition, entrants agree to have their details added to the Maroochydore Homemaker database for marketing purposes.
Customer may unsubscribe from this database at any time.
15. All entry details remain the property of the promoter at all times. In lodging an entry, all entrants consent to their names being entered onto a
database and accept that maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the circumstances.
16. The promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or
subsequent use of the prize awarded.
17. For the purposes of compliance with applicable Privacy Legislation, entrants are advised that: they can contact the promoter for details of the
information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above; the purpose for which the information on them is being collected is for
marketing purposes related to the promotion of Maroochydore Homemaker and its retailers; the information on them is not usually disclosed to third
party organisations failure to provide all the information required to make a valid entry will result in their entries being ineligible to be a winning
entry form.
18. If the Promoter reasonably suspects that a drawn Entrant or Winner is not eligible, has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has acted
improperly to increase their chances of winning the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to that drawn Entrant or
Winner and conduct a re-draw for the Prize that the drawn Entrant or Winner would otherwise have won.
19. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however if the winner is not reachable within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a
new winner will be drawn.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
21. By entering the competition, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
