Slime jars are the perfect mix of hands-on fun and Halloween flair. They’re squishy, sparkly, and totally customisable — plus, they double as eerie decor or quirky gifts. Using Elmer’s glitter glue in classic Halloween shades (black, purple, green, and orange), you’ll create gooey masterpieces that live inside glass jars dressed up as bats, pumpkins, and googly-eyed monsters.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 4fl oz 'Elmer's' glitter glue in black, purple, green and orange
- 'Elmer's' Magical liquid 258ml/8.75oz
- Glass jars
- Assorted card board
- Joggle eyes
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1 - To create your spooky jars, use the hot glue gun to glue on coloured card and joggle eyes. We created a bat, pumpkin and some monsters by cutting out some bat wings and a leaf out of card and using multiple joggle eyes for the monsters. Once your jars are complete you can begin to make the slime.
Step 2 - Pour out the entire bottle of a 4oz "Elmer's" School Glue into the bowl.
Step 3 - Add magical liquid 1.9oz and mix thoroughly., according to bottle instructions.
Step 4 - Mix until mixture gets harder to mix and slime begins to form.
Step 5 - Take the slime out and begin kneading with both of your hands.
Step 6 - If needed, add 1/4 tablespoon more of magical liquid to make the slime less sticky.
Step 7 - Repeat steps 2 - 7 with different coloured slime and pour slime into each jar to see your spooky slime creations come to life!
