Springvale Homemaker Easter competition – March / April 2025
Terms and Conditions of Entry 

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. 

This Promotion is held at Springvale Homemaker at 917 Princes Hwy Springvale VIC 3171

The Promotion commences on 24 March 2025, at 10:00am and closes on 21 April 2025, 6pm. Explore the bunny sculptures on ground level and level 1 and use the QR code displayed in centre to  vote on your favourite sculpture with the most votes to receive a $3,000.00 Springvale Homemaker Centre voucher.

2. To enter the competition each entrant must, during the competition period; 
   
   1. Scan QR code located in centre at each sculptured Bunny. 
   2. Vote for your favourite bunny from one of three schools below:

• Brandon Park Primary School
• St John Vianney’s Primary School
• Clayton North Primary School

3. Multiple entries permitted. 
4. The prize is one $3,000.00 Gift Card, valued at $3,000.00 
5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
6. Winner is selected based on how many votes they receive, and they have fulfilled point 2 above
7. The Prize will be drawn at Springvale Homemaker Centre at 917 Princes Hwy Springvale VIC 3171 or Oneos Digital Agency, 90 Maribyrnong St, Footscray VIC 3011
8. Winners will be notified in writing via email or direct message in accordance with Promotion terms (“Winners”). 
9. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to request the Winner provide suitable identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize. 
10. Entry is only available to persons over 18 years of age. 
11. The provisional winner(s) will be notified in writing. A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter. 
12. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name and/or photograph for publicity purposes. 

Winners need to be available to collect their prize from at Springvale Homemaker Centre at 917 Princes Hwy, Springvale VIC 3171 

13. Between 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. Prize must be collected within 28 days. 
14. The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at the Centre 
15. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid. 
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for Prizes and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with. 
17. The Promoter is not responsible if the value of the Prizes changes between the date of publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded. 

19. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control. 
20. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion. 
21. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence. 
22. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the Winner. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy may be obtained at springvalehomemakercentre.com.au Privacy Policy.The Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may access and correct their personal information, how entrants can complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how the complaint will be handled.

24. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter and their related bodies corporate and contractors and any other organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. 
25. There are 1 prize to be won 
26. A prize winner will win 

(1) 1 x$3,000.00 Centre Gift Voucher 

27. The total value of the Prize is $3,000. 

28. The total value of prize pool is $3,000.00 
29. The Promoter may alter the Prize components at its discretion. 
30. Any additional charges incurred by a Winner including travel costs, documentation and insurance, spending money and incidentals are the sole responsibility of the Winner. 
31. The Prize must be redeemed by 20 May 2025.
