EMF Performance centres give new members the opportunity to have athlete quality training solutions as part of their everyday training, with a greater variety of equipment, more group fitness rooms and specialised training.

EMF  is a 24/7 Performance Centre.  The Centre is staffed the following hours:

Monday -Thursday 6am -8pm

Friday 6am -7pm

Saturday 7am – 4pm

Sunday 8am – 3pm
